All in a Day's Work: Conexus Staff Picks up Generous Donation From Culturalpatina. January 22, 2016 16:41

On January 5th, Conexus staff members traveled to Cultural Patina in Fairfax Station, VA to receive one of the most generous and unique donations ever offered to the organization.  Dennis Brining and his wife Linda are long time friends and supporters of Conexus.  Dennis, now one of the region’s top collectors of Southwestern Art and antiques, donated 15 exquisite bronze sculptures as well as an oil painting to Conexus to be sold at a charity auction with all proceeds to benefit Conexus’ children’s vision programs.  The donation is valued at over $40,000!

Very specific details about the pieces and their history will be provided in the near future as we prepare for the most appropriate means of sale.  Until then, you might like to visit the Cultural Patina website at www.CulturalPatina.com to learn more about Dennis, his gallery, and some of the rare and beautiful pieces in his collection.
