876. Description: Vintage Rare handmade Omani Bedouin lidded basket, interlaced with leather, having a lizard skin top, and bottom collected in Muscat some 40 years ago while on a business trip to the area. The piece is in excellent condition given its age. These were approximately 70-80 years old when I purchased them so they have seen a good bit of history. This piece has a heavy patina on it from the years witnessed over time. Dimensions are approximately 4"x 5".
